EMF (which we appreciate is not a single modality but a varying, complex set of exposures) may be observed to be pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory, depending on the nature of exposure and the condition of the tissue.  EMF may shift the timing/sequencing of the inflammatory cascade or alter mediator substrates.  This map cannot do justice to the complexities of either the inflammatory process or the effects of EMF upon it.  Rather it offers links to studies on many elements of the inflammatory process seen to be effected by EMF exposures.
