Artificial EMF disrupts sleep. It is the time of our day when we are most vulnerable to it. This EMF is like a noise which cannot be turned off, a light which cannot be darkened. Depending on base and modulation frequencies, power densities, and variations in exposure durations, the brain is forced to cope with distractions from its work of repair, rejuvenation, and memory consolidation -- distractions outside its evolutionary experience.

This series of two maps introduces some of the features of normal sleep, and some of the known disruptions caused by artificial EMF exposure.
